Congratulations

Congratulations to the New CEO of the MISS Foundation  BARRY KLUGER



Barry Kluger, is a 35+ year corporate communications executive, having served as Senior Vice President for such global brands as MTV, Nickelodeon, VH1, Prodigy Internet, USA Networks; and started his own agency, Kluger Media Group in 1998 in New York, before moving to the Valley in 1999. He is a contributing columnist to The Arizona Republic and Jewish News and has hosted his own radio show in Arizona. He served as Chairman of the Governor's Film and Television Commission under Governors Napolitano and Brewer. He lost his only child, daughter Erica in 2001 and published his first book, "A Life Undone: A Father's Journey Through Loss," in 2010 with a new revised edition coming out on Father's Day. He is behind the Farley-Kluger Initiative which seeks to expand the federal Family Medical Leave Act of 1993 to include loss of a child to a covered condition.

Fathers Day and The MISS Foundation Group

  • Grief support and workshop from Mothers Day thru Fathers Day

    For parents an interactive support group and workshop to help develop tools for coping after the loss of a child.

    Workshops will begin on, May 20th and occur each Sunday at 2pm to 4pm through June 17th, 2012,

    Located at the MISS office 77 E Thomas, Suite 112, Phoenix, AZ 85012

    (Office located at 3rd St/Thomas – entrance is the 2nd driveway west of 3rd Street on the south side in the Bromar Plaza)
