Dear Mr. Sansone
I fully support your platform, we need board members from our condo community, who's interest is 100% our condos, and the people live there.
Lot of us is from Canada, and can't be in the board, but love love love our property and would like to keep it nice and green with a lot of trees and flowers,
Please clean and replace the trees so we can keep the park atmosfer.
You got my voteregards

Dear Mr. Sansone,
You have my vote. I agree with you on the need for an Resident-based Board.
As well, although a non-resident, I strongly agree with you on the issue of trees that are cut and not replaced, grass areas replaced with rock material. Trees are an integral part of our property. When we purchased our property not many years ago, one reason for which we decided to buy was for this community's park-like grounds, with mature trees that provide much-needed shade and filter the air.
Not replacing cut trees causes not only devaluation of our property but decreases the quality of living in Anasazi Village.
I am greatly concerned about this issue. I hope other residents will join you and I in expressing in writing their concerns on the same subject.

Hi Michael
Ralph Avery here.
I see you plan to run for the Board.
As you may remember I tried and could not break thru all the
Politics.
I wish to offer my help to you to maybe break that mold.
I am here to help if you need it.
Based on what I am seeing as it relates to the entire insurance program
The Board has decided to use a AAA auto insurance agency
that has no background at all as it relates to an HOA.
that has no background at all as it relates to an HOA.
The Board has however provided that new agency with letters of authority
Which turns over all my policies to that new agency.
On the bright side ……
That will at least provide the association with the proper insurance.
Providing that agency uses them all and not mickey mouse others.
What a way for the Board to thank me
Wow.
I have never in all my 39 years in this business been treated this way.
Anyway
I am here if you need help
Please let me know
Best
